Charlotte M. Rodeen-Dickert joined West & Associates in 2004 and is a registered
patent attorney who is now of counsel to West & Associates. Ms. Rodeen-Dickert primarily
works on patent prosecution projects in the mechanical and bio-mechanical arts. She
also consults on other intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade
secret, and copyright protection, as well as litigation and licensing.
Ms. Rodeen-Dickert's patent practice covers a wide range of inventions, including
household and child-care products, medical devices and health-care equipment, musical
gear, games, electromechanical devices, and manufacturing processes. Her trademark
practice includes helping clients secure trademark protection, trademark prosecution,
enforcing trademark rights, and Trademark Trials and Appeals Board (TTAB) practice.
