Our History

West & Associates was founded by Stuart J. West in February 2004 and has quickly become a well-respected, fast growing law firm recognized for producing high quality legal work. Mr. West has numerous years of experience as an attorney handling various matters related to intellectual property and general legal matters. Our Vice-President, Mr. Kwok, joined the firm shortly after its founding and heads up the Silicon Valley branch office located at Mountain View. At the end of 2005 we moved to a new, larger head office in Walnut Creek to better serve our clients.

Due to the technology-intensive nature of our work, only individuals that possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in either an engineering or science field will be considered.
